Our task was simple. Let's build the digital infrastructure for tomorrow. Our client is an important B2B Wholesaler and Distributor in the beauty industry in Switzerland. Our main duty was to deliver a digital setup which enabled our customer to improve internal processes and enabled customer individualisation. After a deep dive into the company we quickly realised that existing pieces could be used but needed to be integrated in the new setup. After only 3 months we provided a game plan for implementation.

Management fully believed in our approach and followed our recommandation to use an agile project approach for implementation. This allowed us to integrate the new infrastructure in record time of 12 months.
